Hi!

My name is Roos.

​From my childhood on I was always fascinated by the face muscles, and how making faces would influence the look of the face over time.

​About a decade ago, at around mid-thirties, I came across Face Yoga, a natural technique to strengthen the facial muscles.

After I had learned all the poses, I got deeper into the techniques, and found out the practice helped not only with sagging skin, but also improved overall wellness.

Our facial tension can cause several problems such as headaches, neck problems, tinnitus, and a whole set of other issues.

​​After years of practice, I am eager to teach the technique to other woman (and men), to empower them and let them see this natural way of self care.

I found that practicing together is the best way to stay consistent, that's why I decided to start a weekly online group session.
